Today in Literacy Primary 2 explored the story of The Gruffalo, linking to our World Around Us topic of ‘Into the Woods’.
After listening the story as a class we discussed different aspects of the book. Where the book was set, the characters in the story and recalled different parts of the story from the beginning, middle and end.
I asked the boys and girls to create a story map to retell the story and they produced some beautiful work. Have a look!👀🌟👏
