Primary 2/3 had their final session with Paula today and what an enjoyable block they have had at Relax Kids. The children have been introduced to a number of strategies to help them deal with everyday worries and anxieties. They have also had the opportunity to talk about their strengths and improve their self confidence and esteem.
They can now take these ideas and apply them in everyday life within and outside of school.
