Stronger Me Programme
Please find attached information on the Speedwell Family Support “Stronger Me” this programme. This programme will be aimed at a small group of targeted families who have young people under 12 years of age who have been struggling with their mental & emotional wellbeing following the lockdowns or who have experienced challenging times at home.
(we are mindful of this group not being too big re: level of vulnerability / need)

For children:
Outdoor targeted summer support workshops x2 for families at Parkanaur delivered by Kim & Tara
Looking at focusing on learning how to support our own good mental health & wellbeing through physical activity and learning outdoors. (Will include strategies)

1 x evening workshop online Topic: ‘supporting our children’s mental health & wellbeing’
1 x evening workshop online or onsite during child workshop with PSNI Topic: consent & keeping children safe (PSNI)
